The focus of this aspect of VPC is mainly for men and women who lead ministries…pastors, elders, ministers, deacons, servant leaders, ministry leaders, etc.
If you are one of these people, you know how much others depend on you. You also know how many demands are placed on you and your conscience by the work, the people, and the needs of society. If you've been in ministry for a while, you will have heard and probably asked:
"Why do so many people in ministry burn out?"
Who do ministry leaders go to when they need human support?"
After hearing…and asking… those two questions for years, I felt led to begin Vantage Point as a support for those in ministry.

I have over 25 years of experience in cross-cultural pastoral ministry, serving both in New Zealand and in the United States.
I have lived in five different countries and have spent significant ministry time in six different nations. Therefore, I am aware of and sensitive to the variety of cultural pressures exerted on those in ministry.
Besides typical in-person sessions, counselling is available online via Skype or FaceTime. Therefore, pastors from around the world can make use of this service.
